Moreover, if transgender males who are gender non conforming and or femgirls (the male equivalent of tomboy) do things only males can do (like having their ID gender listed as Male, competing in Men's sports or going into a Men's Restrooms etc) and despite being gender non conforming and or femgirlish (ie looking like their previous gender ie female) are allowed to keep doing those things, I will support those particular transgender males being allowed to do those Male only things since I would believe that if they were still their original gender (female) they'd still be allowed to do those things (ie having their ID gender listed as Male, play Men's sports or going into Men's Restrooms etc)

In College Basketball, there should be a Biological Equivalent Men's College Basketball league (which would include transgender men) Biological Equivalent Women's College Basketball league (which would include transgender women), Male Body-Sex Positive Men's College Basketball league (as a safety net for the transgender men who can’t make the Men’s Basketball team but would also allow biological men) and Female Body-Sex Positive Women’s College Basketball league (as a safety net for transgender women who can’t make the Women’s Basketball league but also allow biological women)

At worst, if transgender men are allowed to play in Men's College Basketball league and transgender women are allowed to play in Women's Basketball league, then the Men's College Basketball teams should have intersex matches against Female College Basketball teams at some point in the season (sort of like in MLB they have Interleague play at some point in the season between the AL and NL teams) 

In Olympic Swimming, there should be Biological Equivalent Men's Swimming (which would include transgender men), Biological Equivalent Women's Swimming (which would include transgender women), Male Body-Sex Positive Men's Swimming (as a safety net for the transgender men who can’t make the Men’s Swimming team but would also allow biological men) and Female Body-Sex Positive Women's Swimming (as a safety net for the transgender women who can’t make the Woman’s Swimming team but would also allow biological women)

At worst, if transgender men are allowed to compete in Men's Olympic Swimming and transgender women are allowed to compete in Women's Olympic Swimming, then the Men's Olympic Swimming teams should have exhibition intersex matches against Female Olympic Swimming teams at some point in the Olympics (sort of like in MLB they have Interleague play at some point in the season between the AL and NL teams) 

There should be Biological Men's Restrooms (which would include transgender men), Biological Women's Restrooms (which would include transgender women), Transgender Men's only restrooms (only for the transgender men who don't feel comfortable going in a Men’s restroom), Transgender Female's only restrooms (only for the transgender women who don't feel comfortable going in a Women’s restroom)

At worst, I would be somewhat opened to allowing transgender people , under something more than a Left Wing version of a ‘don't ask don't tell' like policy for transgender people to use the restrooms of their choice and IDEALLY if they agree to make themselves REALLY look like their desired gender/sex in order to fool restroom goers but that is not a dealbreaker 


Legality wise, I want Cisgender rights and Transgender rights to be privatized, this way the government stays out of the gender policing business. Until that happens, Legality wise, I am Dealigned on Transgender rights


Personally and unconsciously (for counter cultural reasons ONLY [i.e to rebel against our lean left societal norms, I am pro Transgender]), I believe that Transgender people should not be considered to be their new gender and should not get their rights unless they get hair growth or removal treatments, hormone therapy and various surgeries to make their face, chest, and anatomy more in line with their new gender identity. 

However, if those particular transgender people don't make the above changes, but still look act like their desired gender, I am very open minded to giving those Transgender people their rights but only if they meet two or more of the criteria below:

they are Intersex, have X, XXY, XXY or XXXY chromosome(s), meet this condition, they had at least one past life (or will have at least one future life) where they spent their entire life in that past or future life(s) as the gender they want to be changed to in this life, when the transgender persons parents were pregnant with them, the doctor made a mistake and wrongly told their parents that the child (the transgender persons) would be a biological sex that said transgender persons were not born as (but ended up being the same gender that the transgender person wants to be changed to after birth), God considered making them the gender that they changed to but didn't, they were a tomboy or femgirl in their childhood as the gender they were born as. And if they don’t meet that criteria, we need to get Transgender people to compromise on the Transgender issue where both sides are happy  (for counter cultural reasons ONLY [i.e to rebel against our lean left societal norms, I am pro Transgender])
